Creative Brief: Launch new science channel that is aimed at exploring/explaining new discoveries in the world of science. With a lot of channels already live we are asking for something new, something different and something that engages new viewers with the wonders of science. We have named the channel ‘New Laws’ which is based on the new discoveries and future understanding of science.
The logo works as an overlay for the latest photography in science. Seen here is an image from the Mars Rover depicting a vast landscape across the surface of Mars. The sting glitches between the inverse and original image creating a sci-fi feel as well as unexpected motion. This design concept should be used across the channel brand with the photographic imagery changing and updating as we uncover more and more wonders of science.
